CORE WORKFLOWS
- When you create a loop in dotloop, an incoming transaction is automatically created in Boldtrail Backoffice
- Transactions are assigned to agent present on the loop
- For loops with multiple agents, transactions are assigned to users who connected the sync
- Loops are synced to Boldtrail Backoffice every 15 minutes

With the integration, agents are easier to onboard and transactions are quicker to process.
How does it work?
When creating or modifying a loop in Dotloop, within 15 minutes it will be sent to Boldtrail Backoffice as an Incoming Transaction.
From here, you will be able to accept this incoming transaction within your Brokermint account.
What is required to create an incoming transaction from Dotloop to Boldtrail Backoffice?
The only requirement to create an incoming transaction is an address for your loop in Dotloop.
How do I access the dotloop integration in Boldtrail Backoffice?

No, the documents are not synced into Boldtrail Backoffice.
Are contacts on the Loop in dotloop synced to Boldtrail Backoffice?
Contacts cannot be synced as a part of the Transactions integration, as Boldtrail Backoffice does not support direct contact upload for Incoming Transactions.
Contacts CAN be uploaded to Boldtrail Backoffice's contact book via the Contact integration, but this will not automatically set them on each Transaction.
Can I have custom fields from dotloop synced to Boldtrail Backoffice?
Custom fields are supported by the API and we do attempt to map the following fields if they are named correctly. If you want other custom fields from dotloop synced to Boldtrail Backoffice, reach out to us with this request.
